The grooming will include shampoo, conditioning treatment, hand blow dry, haircut and hand scissors finish, nail trim, pad trim and sanitary, ear cleaning and glands (per client request)


    Policy on matts or knots:
    The groomer will charge an additional $30 for 1/2 hour of de-matting if he finds that the coat is matted. Anything requiring over 30 minutes is inhumane and painful for the dog and will require a short cut of the coat. Price and procedure in cases of a matted coat will be discussed with you by your groomer at the beginning of the appointment.

    Price:

    The price range gives you an idea of what the grooming will cost, but your groomer will have discretion to set the exact price after at consultation (this could vary based on the size of the dog, difficulty of grooming, coat condition, desired cut etc.)

    Additional pickup/drop of service:

    After the first time grooming (for which the groomer needs to meet with the owner), to help schedule groomings while you are not home, if you grant access to your unit or home, we offer pick up and drop off service for $5 per trip to your front door ($5 to pick up, $5 to bring the dog back).
    *This service needs to be PRE-booked to allow for extra time on the schedule!!

    The process:

    On appointment day the groomer will call/text 10 to 15 minutes to let you know that he is in route. Please take these extra minutes to walk the pet and allow time to relieve themselves. The groomer will only wait 15 minutes beyond scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes it will considered a no show. Generally, if not extra services are needed appointments are usually between 60 to 90 minutes. The groomer will call/text when grooming is complete.
    *As always we are taking every necessary step and sanitizing all equipment and the work space after each appointment.
    Our entire staff is fully vaccinated and we continue to wear our mask at all times!

    Cancellations:

    In the event you need to cancel or move an appointment, we ask that you let us know no later than 24 hours before the date and time of the appointment. Failing to give 24 hrs notice will result in a no-notice fee equal to the price of the full grooming which will need to be paid before the following appointment is booked/confirmed (even if you are on a recurring schedule).
